In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, RunSignup.com, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages I suffer before, during, or after the event. I recognize, intend, and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.  I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating in the activity of running with a stroller, and/or a dog on a leash, and/or using headphones. I understand that participating in the Activity involves inherent risks and dangers, including, but not limited to, tripping, falling, being pulled by the dog, and other accidents that may result in injury, illness, or property damage.  I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety, the safety of my child in the stroller, and the safety of my dog during the race.  I confirm that I, my child, and/or my dog are in suitable physical condition to participate in the Activity. I understand that I should consult with a medical professional before engaging in any physical activity.  I agree to maintain control of my dog at all times by keeping it on a leash and ensuring it does not pose a threat to other participants or pedestrians. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event. I certify that, as a condition of my being permitted to enter this race, I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to complete this event, and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) that I have read and agree to the above waiver.

• Please note that since this course is on an open street, headphones are discouraged.

• Dogs are not allowed in the stadium at any time.

• Due to the width of the stadium exit, side-by-side double strollers and larger strollers will not be able to pass through. We strongly recommend using a front-to-back tandem stroller or participating without a stroller. Please plan accordingly before race day.
