In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, RunSignup.com, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.  I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating in the activity of running with a stroller, and/or a dog on a leash, and/or using headphones. I understand that participating in the Activity involves inherent risks and dangers, including, but not limited to, the risk of tripping, falling, being pulled by the dog, and other accidents that may result in injury, illness, or damage to property.  I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety, the safety of my child in the stroller, and the safety of my dog during the race.  I confirm that I, my child and/or my dog are in suitable physical condition to participate in the Activity. I understand that I should consult with a medical professional before engaging in any physical activity.  I agree to maintain control of my dog at all times by keeping them on a leash and ensuring they do not pose a threat to other participants or pedestrians. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event. I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.

Please note that since this course is on an open street, headphones are discouraged. Please note dogs will not be allowed on the course or in the stadium at any time.
