Are you looking for a fun Knoxville 5k? How about a fun run? The Barley’s St. Patrick’s 5k and Fun Run combine pizza, beer, and running for a good cause. The event occurs at Barleys Pizzaria and Taproom in the Old City and takes advantage of Knoxville’s downtown atmosphere.

The Barley’s Big Family honors the spirit of our beloved friend Carrie with each stride. We celebrate her life and make every step count at this Knoxville 5k.
Our Cause
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. All proceeds go directly to Emily’s Power for a Cure (EPFAC). EPFAC is a foundation that aims to raise funds and awareness for neuroblastoma research.
